Sidi Uqba ibn Amir al-Juhani

A companion of the Prophet Muhammad, and a writer, poet, speaker and jurist.[1] He witnessed the conquest of the Levant and then of Egypt with Amr ibn al-As, was Umayyad governor of Egypt from 665 to 667, and joined Mu'awiya at the Battle of Siffin.[1]
