Cadi Ayyad Ben Moussad

Qadi Iyad (1083 to 1149), a Sunni polymath considered the leading scholar of Maliki fiqh and hadith of his time.[1] He also specialised in theology, legal theory, scriptural exegesis, the Arabic language, history, genealogy and poetry.[1]
